The Dilemma

First article explained EFT's general application and second one offered strategies to make the process easier and more effective. Despite the application of the technique is as straightforward as running downhill, some tenacious dust of the past tend to keep its presence in thousands of people. The healing speed of diseases and psychological issues can not be underestimated, but why are they still not completely flown away? The essential answer is traumas of the past are not endorsed by one particular center. They contain at least few independent or dependent components which is the one and only annoying dilemma of EFT.

Importance of Components

Components are like the rebels of a country which is ruled with system of anarchy. Without dealing with the each group, problems just won't be erased from the calendar. For instance, a wife who is cheated on by his husband after 10 years of marriage; won't just lose her trust over people or men, she also will lose her ability to love, her confidence on relationships and even her sense of safety because she will no longer be supported by husband's regular income. To deal with that horrifying experience, all components(Lack of Trust, Love, Confidence and Safety) must be removed from the subconscious mind. So how can individuals who are slightly informed about subconscious mind can define their obstacle of freedom. These two steps will be the guidance for those who claims independence from their past.

1) Dilemma Sheet

Dilemma sheet consists bunch of events or, in other words, dilemmas you, as an individual, face during the day. Every time an annoying event occurs, it will be recorded into a notebook. For example,

Not being able to raise your hand in the class (Fear of Making a Mistake)

Not being able to meet someone you would like to (Fear of Failure)

Being judged by a family member about a specific event (Excessive Criticism)

Not being able to talk about yourself (Lack of Trust)

Feeling like you don't belong somewhere (Isolation)

Not being able to have fun with people (Lack of Connection)

These are just possible and common experiences one might have. This is the first step.

2) Fishbone Diagram

After writing things down, usually takes couple of days, start classifying them with their relatives. To classify them I would personally use fishbone diagram. Because it collects and simplifies the data photographically.

First three are the indications of PERFECTIONISM which is considered as a two sided sharp sword. At the one side you can cut your opponent and, on the other side, your hand will bleed simultaneously. Perfectionists will push themselves until they get a perfect outcome which will never happen which creates a lack of self esteem within them and which causes pesky problems.

The other three are pretty known facts of an individual who suffers from LONELINESS. It isn't about not being lonely but it is about feeling lonely. People suffer from different diseases at different levels. Unfortunately, even experts have hard time defining the problem and fixing it. But EFT is proven to shift the brain itself(Neuroplasticity). The core issue can be fixed in a matter of minutes. Hopefully that was helpful.
